Class & Company Policies

Classes

We highly recommend you schedule prenatal classes between 24 weeks to 36 weeks of gestation to avoid missing services due to delivery.

All information provided in our classes is delivered by Registered Nurses. This information is offered for educational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.

Classes are available during the week and on weekends at any time that is convenient for your family. We ask that you give us a time frame so we can ensure an instructor is available for your preferred time.

If you are planning to take multiple classes, they can be scheduled in a 4-hour block or separated into multiple days, running for approximately 2 hours per class except for our breastfeeding class which is an add on 30 min class.

All classes will be completed at the address provided by the client along with the people participating. If you would like to add additional participants, please let our company know as there may be a further surcharge.

Our instructors will now come with an HDMI cord to hopefully connect to your television so that we may present the class to you at a safe distance.

The instructor will ask to connect to WIFI upon arrival so that they may cover the necessary content that is within the class.

Rescheduling

An email reminder will be sent to you approximately one week before your scheduled class. If you need a class to be rescheduled, please contact us as soon as you are aware a change must be made.

If an emergency arises, please contact us. We understand that both life and pregnancy can be unpredictable and situations can change, we only ask that you keep us in the loop so we can accommodate your family to the best of our abilities.

COVID-19 Updates

All parties will agree to respect social distancing guidelines and/or will wear a face mask if social distancing is not possible. It is within the Client’s right to ask the instructor to wear a mask for the duration of service.

Our instructor will come to class equipped with a mask, cleaning wipes, and hand sanitizer for your convenience. The items in use during class will be properly sanitized before the class.

Instructors will now come with an HDMI cord to hopefully connect to your television so that we may present the class to you at a safe distance.

The instructor and participants will each have separate mannequins to use for practice. The mannequins will be wiped down before/after use to maintain proper infection protocol.

We kindly ask if you are not feeling well and/or have been in contact with someone who was tested or positive for COVID-19, that you alert our company.

Your health and the safety of your family is our top priority so please let us know what else we can do during your classes/services that will make you feel more comfortable during this unprecedented time.
